You call or write to us, download TeamViewer QuickSupport and give us the code displayed: we take control with your consent, and you see everything we do.
How is time billed?
Travel time and working time are timed by our app and shown on the report you sign: you know exactly what you are paying for.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, with several response-time levels, as a monthly flat fee or a bank of hours, depending on your equipment.
