Where is my data hosted?
By default, everything stays 100% in Switzerland, backups included: Microsoft 365 and Azure (Zurich and Geneva data centres), Infomaniak (secure Tier III+ facilities), the Brainserve and AlpineDC data centres, or our own servers. On request, an additional backup copy can be kept in Germany.
Does the migration interrupt work?
No: it is prepared in advance and the switchover is planned, often at the end of the day or at the weekend, so your teams find everything ready the next morning.
