Business continuity and disaster recovery plan (BCP / DRP)
What happens if your server fails, your premises become inaccessible or ransomware encrypts your data? The business continuity plan (BCP) and the disaster recovery plan (DRP) answer these questions in advance: what must keep working, how quickly you restart, and how.
What we do
- Risk analysis: what would stop your business (server, Internet, e-mail, business software)
- Priorities and timeframes: which data and services to restore first, and how quickly
- Emergency backups: off-site copy in Switzerland, copy protected against ransomware
- Fallback solutions: cloud access, replacement workstation, backup Internet connection (4G/5G)
- Written restart procedure, step by step, with the necessary contacts and access credentials
- Regular restore tests: we really check that recovery works
How it works
- You contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp: every request becomes a tracked case.
- We analyse your needs and give you a clear quote, with the possible options.
- We do the work, remotely whenever possible, on site when necessary.
- You receive a signed report: work done, equipment, time spent.

Frequently asked questions
Is a BCP useful for a small business?
Yes: it can fit on a few pages. What matters is knowing what to do on the day, having backups that really restore and not depending on a single person or a single device.
What is the difference between a BCP and a DRP?
The BCP (business continuity plan) aims to keep working despite the incident; the DRP (disaster recovery plan) describes how to get everything running again afterwards. We prepare both together, scaled to your business.
Do you really test the restore?
Yes: a backup that has never been restored is no guarantee. We carry out regular restore tests and give you the results.
